  • Bulk & Hospitality Focus: Our products are heavily optimized for the hospitality, corporate, catering, and industrial sectors, primarily packaged in high-capacity bulk formats (such as 4 Ltr and 5 Ltr liquid containers, and 235g Chafing Dish Fuel tins).

  • Safety & Product Application: All users must strictly follow the printed directions, storage guidelines, and warnings displayed on our official labels.

    • For Chafing Dish Fuels/Heating Gels: These products are highly flammable. They must be used exclusively in well-ventilated areas, kept out of reach of children, and handled according to commercial safety standards.

    • For Personal Care/Liquid Solutions: If any skin or scalp irritation occurs while using our hand washes, shampoos, body washes, or conditioners, usage must be discontinued immediately, and professional medical advice should be sought.

  • Disclaimer: Royal Freshness shall not be held liable for property damage, chemical accidents, or personal injury resulting from improper usage, product alteration, refilling, or failure to follow specific label safety warnings.

3. Account Registration and Order Integrity

  • Account Accuracy: If you register an account on our Woodmart storefront, you are completely responsible for protecting your login credentials and providing fully accurate, up-to-date contact information.

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order placed with us. This includes restrictions on orders that appear to breach local commercial distribution rights or orders containing logistical configuration errors.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Payment Gateway Protocols

  • Currency: All transactions, item pricing, and delivery fees displayed on this storefront are executed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless explicitly toggled otherwise for global distribution.

  • Price Amendments: Prices for our manufacturing lots are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs or economic factors.

  • Payment Terms: Orders must be verified via our authorized digital payment gateways or through our Cash on Delivery (COD) network. For COD orders, payments must be settled completely in cash before the courier releases the bulk parcel.

  • Domestic Fulfilment: Local orders are dispatched from our Wattala warehouse via trusted domestic courier networks across Sri Lanka.

  • International Shipping: Global shipments are executed using international logistics partners (such as DHL). Customers are entirely responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearances, or regional taxes implemented by their destination country.

  • Hazmat Transport: Due to the flammable properties of our Chafing Dish Fuel Gels, specific transport regulations apply, which may occasionally impact standard delivery timelines.
